BeYourGovernment.org is a free, networked system for any congressional candidate willing to:
1. Take an Integrity Pledge not to take donations from corporations or their lobbyists
2. Provide Transparency by telling voters how they would vote on a dozen specific issues
3. Express substance with at least three self-authored videos addressing their platform's issues
